I think he's a blue & yellow macaw, but I know he's certainly a character! I got to go into the parrot enclosure for the first time yesterday, this was by far the best shot I got.

The pose is good, and the focus and DOF are excellent. They bokeh's quite nice, although it's a shame that you can see blurred-out bars in the background.
The colours are very pretty, although I think you could increase the saturation a little bit to really make them pop.
I feel the right side is to tightly cropped - I don't like how part of the bird has been cut off. And there ought to be a bit more space on the left side, because that's the way the macaw's facing.
